Pros

Worked from comfort of home

Cons

Set sales record in second week there and manager responded with "I don't know if I should be happy or upset". Commissions cut by almost 40% shortly after. Got fired via email during my approved vacation one month after being promoted to a "team lead" due to being on top of their sales board for my duration with the company and got fired via email during my approved vacation and was never given a reason and never been written up. Product is shaky at best and the entire sales process is bait and switch tactic where employees are told not to say company name unless directly asked. 90% of customers believe they are talking to a different company throughout majority of sales call. Management gets defensive when you ask a question relating to your paycheck and tell you to rephrase your questions as if they don't understand and they let sales reps take sales from each other despite having a memorandum outlining a process they don't follow.

Pros

Working at home and getting paid weekly.

Cons

There are so many horrible moments here, it's impossible to know where to start. The CEO is the biggest problem. He picks people completely apart in front of everyone and calls it being accountable and yet, he hates being criticism of his own work. He always says how accessible he is but thats only of you want to wait two to three weeks for him to get back to you; if he gets back to you at all. Senior sales reps, managers and essential personnel who helped put this place in business have all left because of the CEO and yet, he blames everyone else but himself. He embarrasses sales reps and criticizes their efforts but has NEVER sold himself nor can offer any advice on improvement. He just continously throws rocks at people from a distance...never up close.

Pros

Employees all work remote from home

Cons

Almost all customers call in for collections, thinking they are calling a totally different company. Employees are criticized publicly for minor mistakes, and the management changes expectations and goals constantly. A very toxic work environment.
