Pros

It's a remote position and that's the only pro...

Cons

-Low pay -revolving door -you will be jobless by week 3 do not…I repeat do not waste your time -Not honest about expectations...The manager told me the phones were slow so they were letting us off early and to just enjoy the day off this... this was on 11/14/2023 right before 1:00 pm ( my intuition told me this was a huge lie ) and then the next morning at 7:16 am on 11/15/2023 I get an email saying thank you for your services and that my termination effective date was 11/14/2023… just very disgusting and low class of how it was handled - they only look out for the people who have been with the company before they went remote this company is not honest! so do not get excited when you hear “I’ve been with Credit Glory for 4 years blah blah blah)" it is all for show. -the patience top performers were given to get to where they are today you will not get served on that same silver platter

Pros

Remote, PTO, the people who are actualy trying to make a good company culture. If you are looking for something to hold you over until you find a reputable company to work for this is a good option. They must hire 50 people everyweek really fast hiring process.

Cons

This is a turn and burn call center opperation. You will be given a spreadsheet and listen to some calls, this will be your training. You will be required to have a $2000 computer that they do not provide nor give a stipen for. The cost of medical benefits is insane. An entire weeks pay will be taken for your share of the premium if you have a family. the intimidation tactics of firing people after their shift by deactivating all work accounts (including payroll) and sending a generic email that your services are no longer needed, they will do this if you have worked here a week or 2 years. Often exemployees will call in to get clarification or tie up loose ends and sadly they are ignored.
