Cons
If you have any sort of moral compass please do not work here. Training was all great until you start getting the details of how their “product” is sold. The amount of times I heard “pivot” pitch when it should’ve just been called as it is “bait and switch” was insane. You basically “assume the role” of a collection agency and lead people on until you can turn around and then sell them a credit repair product. Another red flag is that they had training groups of 25 or more on the weekly basis. Turn around is super super high. Security was super lax which made me very weary. We’re talking people who have been training for 4 days jumping on phones and taking sensitive information like cc numbers and ssn numbers. They would get upset when you revealed too soon that you worked for Credit Glory and was not the collection agency and just wanted you to follow the same script every time. A lot of the people I signed up for plans didn’t even seem to know what was going on and were even under the impression until the end that they were still working with part of a collection agency. Honestly a very slimy feeling job. If you don’t mind things like that then apply because the hours aren’t bad and it is work from home but it got to the point I got sick to my stomach feeling like was lying and scamming on the regular basis.
