Cons
Management is very disorganized. Leaders are selected for likability, very seldom due to merit. Demoralizing. Proud of being fast-paced (the heart of their recklessness and rash decisions) . They will demand you to follow a process, however, these change very frequently and they have no way of recording what they are. I've seen great employees leave because of this. CEO doesn't have a sure way to ensure management accountability, therefore, good employees are leaving as there is no way to prove management misguidance, negligence to serve as leaders, harassment
