Pros

Vision and values-driven company. Very forward-thinking leadership. Everyone walks the talk, from the Founder/CEO, Chris Taylor, on down. Crescent really cares about people. Because of that, the people care about each other and about working together to make the business successful. Memphis site is led by a very dynamic leader, Wally Northam, who has fostered great esprit de corps in the local leadership team and really transformed the business.

Cons

Lost the contract for the Memphis site due to the customer's focus solely on cost. No near-term prospects for winning another contract in this area.

I absolutely love working at Crescent! The people-centric culture here is truly something special—it feels like everyone genuinely cares about each other. My managers are incredible; they provide so much support and encouragement, and I really appreciate how they always prepare me for the next step in my career. I love that my creativity is valued and my voice is heard, which makes me feel like I’m truly contributing. The company’s commitment to professional growth is unmatched—I’m constantly learning and growing, both personally and professionally. Plus, the culture events are amazing and create such a fun and engaging atmosphere. Being family-owned adds a unique touch, making the company feel more personal and connected. Crescent is truly a place where you can thrive, feel valued, and be part of something great!

My favorite part about working at Crescent is collaborating with a diverse team daily. I appreciate learning and embracing the Crescent Way, especially through the SCARF model. It's also rewarding to interact with colleagues from different states and work together on projects and initiatives to improve the company.

Cons

Achieving a work-life balance can be challenging at Crescent.
