Pros

They seem great offering initial high hourly pay and benefits but the benefits are lackluster and expensive, taking a very sizable chunk from your checks for even the most basic plans. Coupled with random time off and half days from the school and your take home pay is increasingly unstable

Cons

School districts often use staffing agencies like these in order to not pay staff for full school benefits or during any time off during the school year. It also ensures that they’re able to fire you at the drop of a hat should they find something they dislike about you.

We take these responses very seriously and they only help us improve. If you feel so inclined, please email HRHelp@crosscountry.com so we may discuss the details further.
