Pros

Pros

Our company is one that reqrds excellence and fosters training and development. The opportunities here are fanatastic. It allows individuals to learn and grow and become a professional. The work is satisfying and each day ends with a sense of accomplishment or a drive to push harder tomorrow.

Cons

The company, and the industry as a whole, has been battered by recent economic events and although the recovery is at hand it has created a great deal of transition and change. New excecutive leadership is pushing hard to make us teh company we should be, and as with any growth, it can be a little painful at times.
