Pros

Great work environment. Cozy "family" atmosphere. Management really cares about employees personally and professionally. Hard work is recognized and career growth is emphasized. Excellent perks including discounted theme tickets and free lunch on Fridays. Best place I have worked in my 20 plus years of employment!

Cons

Casual Day dress everyday would have been nice.

Not such a bad place

Pros

Paid well, the environment is not so bad either. I do like most of my co-workers, although there are a few people that work here that could use a serious attitude adjustment. Those are the people who have been here forever, it's like a right of passage and tolerated by management.

Cons

Communication -seems to me they go to extreme lengths to do the opposite. Management-Most people that are in a management role were promoted b/c they too have been here forever.
