Pros

Better pay compared to non-staffing agency work You can make your own schedule

Cons

Your scheduled shifts can get canceled; work is not guaranteed It wasn't until i noticed a difference in my check until i was informed about a company wide pay cut You are supposed to receive 2 hours of pay if your shift is canceled inside 2 hours of it's scheduled start time; it's like i was asking for a kidney when this would happen.
