Pros

Used to be a flexible, expanding company. Now they are bankrupt and going nowhere fast. Wish upper management made real cuts to make them a profitable company.

Cons

Upper management is way too full of themselves and treats those below them as if they are not worthy of their job. This makes for a poor work environment. Benefits are crappy now too.
