Workloads were often insane, with goals that are nearly impossible to hit. The benefits are not very good, health insurance is passable but they will not match a dime to your 401k. PTO is strictly one pool and not a ton of hours, no separate sick days. Minimal advancement potential. Even if you do climb up, expect to see numerous coworkers laid off and their workload dumped onto you - all without a pay raise, or maybe if you're lucky a meager 10 cent raise.

CrossCom National has one of the most toxic work environment I have ever seen. Managers are disrespectful towards employees, and make it incredibly hard to work with them. They can't help but nitpick every aspect of your work, even if they themselves are incompetent and terrible at their jobs. Hard work often goes unappreciated, and if an employees stands out because of their talent, instead of being rewarded, they're just given an even heavier workload. If you're looking for a place to grow your career, this company isn't for you.
