No pros besides the stable paycheck.

Cons

Working for CrossCom National is too stressful and exhausting. I'm used to the physical and mental demands of my job in this industry, but the experience here is just worse. It's mostly due to the extreme hostility of the managers. Most of them are hostile and aggressive toward employees for no apparent reason.

The company has been there for decades. So, I assumed that I would have job stability here, Sadly, I didn't.

Cons

This was an awfully challenging workplace. The days were long and stressful, and the workload never seemed to end. Most days, I didn't even get 30 minutes to have lunch. Ut was mentally exhausting and draining. There was no way to avoid the pressure as the work kept piling up. Please beware and join only if you are prepared to be terribly exhausted every day!

Hostile and cruel leaders run CrossCom National. This company is headed by some of the most toxic and problematic people I've worked for. Our supervisors demand a lot from us, and they're also very hostile and verbally abusive who always insult us.
