Pros

I was desperate and the company’s hiring process was uncomplicated and quick.

Cons

Work culture was horrible, it was a place where managers openly curse, insult, and yell at employees! They also show blatant favoritism and has no shame showing inappropriate and unethical behavior in a supposedly professional environment! This was the worst ever!!!

Pros

No one can gaslight me into thinking that this company has any pros.

Cons

It's just best to avoid CrossCom National because of its awful management. Most employees here hate this company, so there's no reason for you to join here. Our managers are extremely aggressive and toxic, and they're hostile toward any employee who just doesn't say yes to everything they say, no matter how absurd.

Pros

At first, it seemed like this place would be a great opportunity — but all it did was wreck my mental health and leave me drained

Cons

- Critical systems are used daily, but no real training is provided to understand or operate them properly. - New hires are thrown in blindly with only a vague, rushed explanation and expected to perform flawlessly. - Any follow-up questions are treated as an inconvenience, met with irritation or outright dismissal. - Mistakes — which are inevitable with no training — result in being berated, insulted, and made to feel completely worthless. CrossCom National doesn’t set people up to succeed — it sets them up to fail, then blames them for it. Leaving was the best decision I could have made.
