Pros

Fast-paced environment, but no shortage of support. Part of a rapidly expanding NetSuite consulting team where people constantly tackle new challenges. Guidance from experienced leaders. Support for professional development. Competitive compensation package (very happy with the 401k match).

Cons

The times when you have to juggle several projects with deadlines close to each other.

Pros

This firm had plenty of clients. I was impressed with that. I didn't realize that the firm wasn't worth working for.

Cons

Working for this firm is awfully stressful. Employees have to work brutally long and exhausting hours to meet client expectations. Their client-first approach means employee mental peace never gets priority. It was really exhausting to try to keep up with the ever-increasing workloads. Sadly, the compensation didn't grow as fast. It was poor compared to my peers in other firms.
