Pros

Employees showed far more professionalism and basic respect than those in charge ever demonstrated.

Cons

Shady practices were routine, with leadership constantly looking for ways to avoid delivering the benefits that were promised. Working under such blatant dishonesty was deeply disappointing and embarrassing for anyone who valued fairness and integrity.

Pros

I had a chance to work with some smart and capable colleagues.

Cons

The workload expectations were consistently unrealistic and left little room for balance. Deadlines were aggressive regardless of staffing levels or project complexity. It was common to absorb additional responsibilities without adjustments to timelines. The pace felt relentless, with productivity measured primarily by output volume. There was minimal acknowledgment of the strain this created over time. The pressure did not feel temporary—it felt built into the structure.
