Pros

CrossCountry is the best place I have worked. Coming from a large consulting firm, it was a breath of fresh air to work with colleagues who truly care about you as a person and are passionate about building a great company. I've personally really enjoy my projects so far and have been given opportunities to develop new skills and take on additional job responsibility that I wouldn't have had at my past company. Additionally, I love that we are able to join internal groups that give us the opportunity to get exposure to other areas of interest within the company. I think CrossCountry is a great alternative to some of the other large companies out there - same competitive salaries and opportunities, but a much better culture in my opinion.

Cons

We've seen a lot of growth over the past year which is exciting but can also cause some bumps along the way. There has been a lot of change so sometimes it can be hard to keep up, but that is to be expected. Also, a year ago there wouldn't have been as much travel work. As we get more project work in different offices, there may be a need for some travel, but I think staffing does a good job of seeing if that will fit your lifestyle before sending you somewhere unlike some companies.

Pros

This is the best company I've ever worked for by far! There is a 'people first' culture here that is lived out every day from everyone up and down the organization. The work is challenging, the people are incredible and the work-life balance is respected more than any place I have ever worked. Senior leadership cares about and gets to know their people. The environment is collaborative and opportunities for growth are plentiful.

Cons

The company has grown leaps and bounds in the past few years and with that growth comes change. There is an opportunity to pour more efforts into communicating these changes in a quicker manner.

Pros

The people...the people...the people! CrossCountry must hand-pick their employees; because they are all "humble rockstars", who enjoy challenging projects and collaboration. CrossCountry offers a unique blend of structure, leadership, development, and growth potential. I have worked at CrossCountry for several years and truly enjoy the challenge, growth opportunities, and most of all...the people!

Cons

I'd say growth! As you know growth presents challenges, hurdles, and some frustrations. I won't say it's a true "Con", but certainly brings new challenges and opportunities to "stretch" in order to keep up with the rapid growth pattern. The upside is...being part of a growing firm brings excitement, and lots of growth opportunities.
