Pros
CrossCountry is the best place I have worked. Coming from a large consulting firm, it was a breath of fresh air to work with colleagues who truly care about you as a person and are passionate about building a great company. I've personally really enjoy my projects so far and have been given opportunities to develop new skills and take on additional job responsibility that I wouldn't have had at my past company. Additionally, I love that we are able to join internal groups that give us the opportunity to get exposure to other areas of interest within the company. I think CrossCountry is a great alternative to some of the other large companies out there - same competitive salaries and opportunities, but a much better culture in my opinion.
Cons
We've seen a lot of growth over the past year which is exciting but can also cause some bumps along the way. There has been a lot of change so sometimes it can be hard to keep up, but that is to be expected. Also, a year ago there wouldn't have been as much travel work. As we get more project work in different offices, there may be a need for some travel, but I think staffing does a good job of seeing if that will fit your lifestyle before sending you somewhere unlike some companies.
