      Pros

      Good collaboration between finance and project teams. Learning all the time and improving my technical and communication skills. Reliable systems (like Sage Intacct and Salesforce). Managers are open to ideas, especially when it comes to process improvements and AI tools.

      Had to improve my time management skills to be able to handle the workload
