      Great balance and real growth

      Pros

      This has been one of my most positive work experiences. I split my time among home, office, and clients, which gives me great balance. Team members treat each other with respect and are quick to share advice or lend a hand. The company offers solid benefits, a competitive salary, and a real chance of growth.

      Cons

      Promotions take longer than I would like, but the opportunity is there.
