I am with the NetSuite team, things are supportive and I feel the team has my back.

Cons

Big push on 80% utilization each quarter. Not a fan of their software tools, things are clunky but will hopefully get better with time.

The company has a great culture and it always feels inclusive. One of the best companies I've worked for. The work is challenging but also rewarding. Leaders actually listen and provide support where needed.
