Pros

- Management seems approachable - Compensation is good - There seems to be a desire to listen and support the workforce - Growth mindset

Cons

- Like most/all consulting companies, work life balance is 100% on the employee to set boundaries - Kantata feels archaic and makes SalesForce feel foreign (I’ve previously worked in SF for 5 years and felt very proficient) - Current utilization targets are wildly high (90%), which disincentivizes using PTO and L&D programs
