      You get a change to partner with really smart and interesting people.

      Cons

      Truly Crosslake used to be a great workplace, but it has gone down in terms of values. In terms of growth and new management, employees and consultants have been left in the dust. New management hasn't a clue what to do with their employees. Lack of communication and follow through is at all time high.

      Pros

      Been with Crosslake for almost 5 years now and I've had the pleasure of growing within the company which I greatly enjoy and appreciate. If you work hard and do a diligent job, your efforts are well rewarded and this company has some of the most amazing and talented individuals all under one roof so everyone you talk to has something great to teach you.

      Cons

      Can't really think of any cons, but I guess if you're someone with a strict 9-5 daily routine this position might be a little tough, because on some rare occasions fires may happen after working hours due to the fact that we have clients and people all over the globe. Nothing serious though, work-life balance can nicely be kept.
