Pros
Crosslake operates a niche service, is flexible with clients and applies a highly pragmatic approach. This seems to work well and it's a highly enjoyable environment in which to work. The consultant team is very strong and easy to work with. Clients appear to rate the service very highly and ahead of the competition, which is always good to hear. The work is very varied, in sector, location and type, so stays interesting.
