Great projects to work on, broad range of companies to come across and get to know. You must be comfortable talking at the CxO level and always keeping in mind what their prime concerns are and not about how you can make yourself look smart. The management always has your back and is there to give you support and help you succeed. The work is challenging and fast paced, but you can gauge if you need a break and work at a sustainable pace.
Cons
It takes some time to come up to speed and feel comfortable at leading and being an expert in a lot of technologies and business/engineering practices so you are worth the cost of the engagements.
