      Absolutely none. There are no pros

      Cons

      To start off you won't get the raises you are supposed to get. When you voice concerns about not getting your raise and poor management you will get threatened by the hr lady irhma saying "with that attitude we can rethink your raise." Then you will get retaliated against by moving you departments even though your work your but off and do well at your job. Hr will do absolutely nothing when you escalate it.

      underpaid for responsibities and tasks required

      on-the-job experience in the EVS industry opportunity to learn / hone your management skills opportunity to interact with client-side of business (in Hospital / Healthcare setting). ability to grow and climb the corporate ladder (if you're willing to trade work/life balance for higher $, and/or re-location).

      Cons

      starting salary is definitely low for the amount of responsibilities required of the managers. the workload placed on the operation managers is overwhelming (at times), resulting is a very high stress level environment. the required paperwork (by corporate-submitted monthly) is simply not achievable with the amount of other tasks placed on managers-as a result, managers "fake/fudge" their paperwork. the work/life balance is not very good (min. 50 work weeks), despite what corporate preaches. required work on the holidays.
