Cons

-Not much PTO is given (sick and personal time is put into one bank) -Management is top heavy and will micromanage every decision made -management don’t hold themselves accountable, created a atmosphere for bullying -one glorified male supervisor in OTP is a misogynist and preys on female counselors -you’ll most likely have to share an office -not worth the stress
