Salary and time off are per contract and good compared to other locations. They don't reward good work due to contract.

Cons

Management doesn't follow through. Management talks about caring about employees but at the end of the day they don't.. The require you to work every other weekend in almost every department.

Friendly and good workers who want the best for their employees- everyone there wants whats best for the hospital and those that are invovled in the office

Cons

Can be kind of weird when things get busy and different departments do not always work well with each other which can be annoying at times
