Love the people I work with ! Great benefits . Room for advancement .

Cons

Pay rate a little lower than other hospitials. They do not allow CMA’ s to do everything that their license allows them.

Crouse was a good place but had to merge with another health system due to financial difficulties

Don't like the union very much. Not sure how it helps me other than taking my money
