the biggest downside is security management. i have never worked for worse managers in my entire life. Crouse specializes in hiring awful people for management roles which effect your job directly. if you like working every weekend without any change and working for awful management then it’s the place for you. it has been the most toxic work environment ive ever had the displeasure of working in. from the Security management, hospital staff, hospital management - everyone treats you like sh!t. there are a few decent people there who appreciated you but the overwhelming majority of employees including your own management are awful toward you. i personally wouldn’t suggest anyone who is interested in working security at Crouse. your managers do not care about you and pretend like they’ll have your back and have no actual say with anything in their department.
