      Great company to work for, but is becoming everything it preaches against.

      Pros

      Good people to work with. The B3 values, competitive pay, great benefits and cost of living raises are great.

      Cons

      Upper management lacks true leadership. Constantly uses bullying tactics by regularly threatening to fire a fast growing implementation team due to personal insecurities. Verbal beatings are common, leaving no room for open communication from the workforce. Any opposition could mean you’ll loose your job. With the fast growth brought on by customer demand and acquisitions, the B3 values that make the company awesome to work for are falling to the wayside in the process. Unfortunately not everyone has these values and some people can’t be taught them either. I’ve seen talented people with good ethics leave because of the mentioned behavior. Truly sad to see. Management hires favorites that are not qualified and lack industry experience over promoting from within.

      The door are easy to push when you run away.

      Cons

      The entire management of this company. The EMT is driving this entire company into the ground. Coast to coast our people are suffering because our executive management team are buddies outside of the office and are driving us into the ground.

      Culture change for the worse

      Great benefits for now, but those are changing as they become more corporate. Most of the people are great.

      Cons

      Company that preaches B3s is dropping its culture, focus and identity to fit in with corporate America. The EMTs have changed their tone about employee focus to the shareholders and focus on woke policies. Many are jumping ship as they see the company culture and focus has dramatically changed for the worse. Pay rates are low, and promotion opportunities are few unless you fit in the equity box with little to no experience outside of crown. Too much middle management in certain areas of the company, and most are incompetent unfortunately. To move up, you have to have ties to upper management or check certain boxes.
