      Used to be an excellent place to work

      Cons

      Crown Castle entered the Fiber industry with a billion dollar bet. It was shortsighted and sent the company from great, to just toxic almost over night. New hires from Google and other fiber companies have tailspun a once good company into a civil war: Fiber vs Every other department. Now, the Fiber management team is not only experts in Fiber, they mettle in every other departments business. Which by the way, Fiber and Small are not profitable nor are they going to be.

      Pros

      You can tell from the moment you start you’re being set up for success. The pay is competitive, the management teams are their to help at any moment making it a great place to work. You can tell that the company truly values you as a person and not just a number.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but the hiring process took a little over 2 and a half months.

      Pros

      Great team environment, everyone worked together for the betterment of the company and customers. Benefits and culture are outstanding.

      Cons

      The internal tools could be better. CRM, mobility needs improving.
