Pros

Good benefits start right away

Cons

Company touts it's 10% 401K, they don't tell you that you have to be employed 3 years there to get it, many employees don't last that long. Sales Mgt group is one of the worst in telecom. High sales rep churn especially with new reps, high quota and a lousy sales comp plan, only connected reps get the accounts that bill anything. Operations contractors have to wait years to get a full time position. Liberal corporate culture is shoved down employees throats, opposing viewpoints are a 1st class ticket to unemployment.

Pros

The company culture is praised and most people seem to genuinely care about eachother. The company is definitely in the right position for great success in the future. The pay is decent at best, but they supplement that with some amazing retention benefits in annual bonuses and company stock. I don't know how much longer that will last as the company continues to grow, but if you got in a few years ago, you're definitely reaping the benefits today.

Cons

The company has grown tremendously both organically and through acquisitions. This kind of growth can be difficult on company culture even with the best of plans. Unfortunately, I think the company is seeing some of the flaws in its current plan if it hopes to retain the culture it claims to cherish so much.

Thank you for your feedback. Our culture is one of the things that makes Crown Castle a great place to work. Grounding everything, from our benefits to our strategy, in our B3s is so important to us. We recognize that our teammates may feel some growing pains in seasons of large change - that's why it's more important than ever for us to lean into our values. We are committed to hiring leaders that will help drive us towards our goals while also holding fast to our culture. One way we're addressing that is with our new learning and training initiatives, something our teammates have asked for. We appreciate your honest feedback!

Pros

Used to be a great place to work. Good wages, benefits and employees felt respected.

Cons

Lots of favoritism and nepotism from the top down. Chances for advancement are limited by the fact that jobs often go to a personal friend or office favorite of the hiring manager. Squeaky wheels always get the oil. Managers don't know how to have the hard conversations with employees who need it, so the good employees are the ones who suffer. Tenured employees are not appreciated or respected,
