Pros

Crown offers good benefit packages. Good PTO package for full time employees.

Cons

Cons are Crown is no longer a stable career building company. It’s Micro managed so bad in the small cell division that people are getting squeezed out the door. Managers finding ways to target employees to get them fired. Constant over-site of projects that keep failing because project managers look the other way. Employees constantly fearing their day has come to and end permanently on a daily basis. Crown is not what it once was a thriving great company with positive culture and employee divide.

Pros

Middle management/directors attempt to care about your career growth but the red tape makes it hard. Great coworkers. Company is a mess - so you are never bored

Cons

The executive team could care less about their employees. None of their systems talk to one another & pay is mediocre for the amount of work they ask for. Raises to keep up with inflation are not guaranteed and the last few years continue to decrease. Stay far away if they aren’t your only option.

Pros

Project teams work well together on the District side. Good benefits, decent pay and work life is good.

Cons

If you are not a golf buddy you will get passed up for advancement. Managers always locked behind closed doors. If you are tenured or more to the point, over 40, your days are numbered. Managers say they can get two younger people for what they pay some employees.
