Pros

I was already in the AV space before joining Cruise. The reason I selected Cruise over the competition is simple, the people. Cruise has a vision (that they live by) to not only hire the brightest technical talent but to build cohesive teams Outside of the mindnumbing tech, this is what Cruise is doing better!

Cons

As in any company experiencing rapid growth growing pains will occur. The current reporting and leadership structure in place for many teams is not scalable.

Pros

Talented, results driven and fun to work with individual contributors.

Cons

Inexperienced management. Lots of surprises even though they strive for transparency. Hired and fired the notorious Uber Director as Cruise CTO (google court documents on Susan Fowler case). Sr. VP and several key people left.
