Pros
Cruise treats employees very well, they may not do my laundry but there's plenty of snacks, meals, social events, recognition, and of course the pay is competitive as well. Working on autonomous vehicles is challenging and there's a ton of work to do, but the software and performance is moving rapidly changing the day to day activity and always presenting with new challenges.
Cons
A rapidly growing company experiences growing pains with culture, leveling, and communication.
