I have had the opportunity to work for several fortune 500 organizations and am certain that the employees working for GM Cruise are arguably the most intelligent, capable, and innovative people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. It's also great to be a part of a company that will profoundly change the way we look at automobiles. GM Cruise is an organization that embraces initiative, encourages balance, and values its employees. Upper management is truly willing to listen if you have any ideas, feedback, or concerns.

Cruise is hands-down the best company I've ever worked for. The leaders are incredibly high-integrity when it comes to engaging with employees, partners, and the public, and they offer employees an incredible amount of ownership and responsibility. I've never felt so empowered to shape the future of a company and, by extension, of an entire industry. There's no where else I'd rather be working.
