Pros
Entry level. You will most likely get hired due to high turnover.
Cons
-no full time trainers they hire by the volume. -small group classes aren't small group 12:1 typically. -work on holiday boot camps for minimum wage. -value gym 9.95 a month you get a lot of people crammed into a small space. -management makes minimum wage and work off sales only -no growth as a trainer outside of becoming a manager. Major global gyms have plans to get trainers earning 100k+ with benefits. -Charges above industry average for personal training 65$+ but the floor is packed with little real estate to offer client high value service. -no full time benefits -no cont education $... which makes you less competitive than the trainer down the street.
