Pros

Using the gym free of charge was definitely the best perk, and perhaps the only. Most of the members are great and coworkers were nice and easy to work with.

Cons

Management. can anyone say micromanagement? They were also often indecisive and would turn around on their own rules shortly after they were made. They also promised full time hours and then would over hire and cut hours down to one or two days a week at best, two days a month at worse.

Pros

For the position that I was working the pay was decent, the other employees were friendly and the members really appreciated the work that I did. I pretty much made my own hours and they were pretty lenient about my schedule. You get a free membership to the gym as well.

Cons

From what I understand from other employees there was really no way to get benefits with the company. There were really no chances to receive any sort of raise either. The front desk associates didn't get commission either (not sure if I spelt that correctly).

Pros

There aren't many pros with this company. They make it sound great when they are hiring you but you soon discover the compensation they promised is not even close to accurate.

Cons

Under paid asked to do more than agreed upon. Very young and inexperienced district managers who make up the rules and policies to suit their needs. This company doesn't care if you make enough to live or if your treated with respect. Incredibly unprofessional.
