Pros

Workout whenever I wanted. Technically made my own schedule. Discount on products Health/Dental Insurance No set hours Great Pay scale Forced me to learn sales techniques and becoming a people person.

Cons

Sales oriented. Only care about putting up numbers. Bottom of the totem pole. Don't care about your clients, just selling more packages. Sales Minimum Had to sell bad supplements. Kiss social life goodbye if you actually want to make money.

Pros

Great atmosphere and gym culture. Amazing staff and everyone is full of impressive knowledge. Really cool place to work and have fun with your clients.

Cons

It's very stressful at the beginning when you have no clients and you're prospecting. You are basically working for free until you build your clientele for the first couple of months. You are also on the lowest percentage bracket ratio when you obtain clients until you've reached a certain amount clients. You start at 35% and work your way up to 65%. If you're dedicated, relentless and have another source of income this shouldn't be a problem.

Pros

Free gym membership, not much else to be honest.

Cons

Horrific benefits that few qualify for. I felt so sorry for our branch-level staff who work hard for us. Corporate office is like a chicken running around with its head chopped off. They have zero idea of what they’re doing. There are three CEOs who are overpaid bureaucrats clearly using the company for their own personal gain while paying their staff paltry wages for the most part. HR and Payroll was a free for all. No one knew what they were doing. Their software UltiPro and Kronos for timekeeping is stuck 20 years in the past. Constant problems, unnecessary manual work, etc.
