      Pros

      The staff at each location generally cares about each other and the members. The corporate office is extremely helpful and supportive of the employees and there is always room for growth and opportunities to advance. Keith Worts, our CEO is very approachable and down to earth, genuinely cares for all employees and is always open to listen to suggestions and feedback from staff members to help create an even better work environment and experience for our members.

      Cons

      No cons that I can think of. I have worked for Crunch for the last 10 years and can honestly say that I enjoy coming to work everyday!

      Pros

      Pay is the best at any gym I've worked at. Very enthusiastic large crowds of students. Highly organized and communicative supervisors.

      Cons

      Staff can be written up for messes left in studio by other classes/instructors. I understand that this is to ensure the room is always clean, but it's unfair to people who do clean up and are not at fault.

      So new they have no clue what they are doing.

      Cons

      The Fitness Holdings CEO is a terrible human being and clueless. All other partners left & he fired upper level management, so there's no voice of reason. They are constantly finding new ways to cheat employees out of commission, bonuses, phase out positions & lower salaries/pay.
