Pros

Passion in fitness, will then carry over to helping your clients change and is self-rewarding. Make your own schedule, but somewhat limited on hours.

Cons

Must hit certain amount of dollars per training packages sold to pocket the % commission you sold the package for....confusing and utterly cheating the trainers. Management is absolutely horrendous, the Fitness Manager is very unprofessional with members, staff, and clients.

Pros

Lots of tasks done, multitasking, good learning experience if you work well under pressure, clean environment.

Cons

Unprofessional management, not enough training developed, does not care enough about employees.
