Not a single tiny thing.

All I can say is that the entire upper management team where I worked were allowing sexual harassment of multiple female staff members and female gym members, by male staff (glassdoor rules don't allow me to name the position in the gym that this perpetrator held). Anyone who filed a complaint was fired without reason. By the time I left all 12 members of the PT staff I worked with at my time of hire had been fired and replaced by new PT staff members that were mostly young females who were more vulnerable, and less likely to complain about the harassment. It's an unfortunate part of the company culture. DO NOT WORK AT CRUNCH AT ANY COST.

The members are decent people and the facility is nice.

Cons

Poor regional manager. Unethical and dishonest owner and Operations manager. They use people for their own purpose and wrong them in every way.
