There are no pros in my opinion

Cons

The culture is not collaborative or inviting. You feel threatened about losing your job from day one and they do not have well established procedures to even do your job right. I never felt the need to right about any other company, but by far I can see the reason as to why they have a high turnover rate. Bad location, culture, and management.

Fast-paced, teamwork environment, inspiring leaders, great benefits, stock options, 401(k) plan with matching.

Cons

Parking situation at the Irvine facility needs to be improved. Cars are double and even tripled parked at times.

Pros

Steady schedule and hours are never cut. Overtime on weekends because inventory is sometimes low. Good starting pay and easy onboarding You are actually saving lives everyday.

Cons

Heavy lifting. Building is very small, too much going on in such a small space. Cafeteria only seats 4 and is way too intimate for a warehouse. Manager is strict and needs to lighten up, I know we are helping saving lives but if someone makes a mistake you shouldn't be so hard on them.
