Pros

Rewarding experiences and situations. Several instances where time and teamwork will play a major role in the day to day workload. Managers are friendly and open to new concepts and ideas. The company itself is expanding quickly so adjusting to change is a must.

Cons

Time management and attention to detail is essential, if someone is not fully paying attention it can gravely affect a shipment. This can cause stress easily to the rest of the team . The company itself relies heavily on teamwork, there are no instances where someone can work individually if that is a preference to some people. Break area is also small so most people leave to eat elsewhere.

But OVERALL... -the people are very friendly and professional. -It’s a Very productive work place. -You receive Detailed training. -Knowledge of the ins and outs of the company. -team work! You’re never alone, someone is always there to help. And -employee appreciation.

Pros

Good benefits. Generous stock options. Welcoming and positive work environment. No bad vibes. VERY detailed training. Work stations that allow you to stand or sit. A lactation room for nursing mothers. Supportive and encouraging management. Occasionally do fun team building games. Our team works really well together and our supervisor is very knowledgeable and encouraging. I feel appreciated. Great M-F hours. Company is growing fast and very successful. We help save lives, and build families!

Cons

Not a lot of close food options. Parking is very limited. Only one fridge for the whole building. Medical benefits could be better. They don't share the cost for spouse or children so that is all out of pocket and expensive. No option to work from home, even on occasion.
