Reduced reward after the crash of Crypto.com's native cryptocurrency, Cronos in the bear market. Increasing gap between executives, C-suite and the technical team. Promotions and bonus most often than not are given to those who are highly eloquent in their speech but contribute less in the actual work which drives growth. While the actual contributors are not rewarded.
