Pros

good HR team nice benefits colleagues are friendly and helpful using slack for communication remote work

Cons

when you need support from your team it takes a lot of time for someone to help you there is not enough work for everyone the targets are impossible to reach nobody cares about quality of work only quantity everyday changing procedures at least three times night shift is forgotten from everyone they don't want to make new trainings some people are very rude and impolite
