Pros
Wonderful colleagues which made things that much more enjoyable and fulfilling. Pretty good salary for such a position, ability to edit your own schedule and submit your shift hours to your choosing, working remotely entirely was a plus as well.
Cons
Constant changes of procedures and drastic updates to topics and services. The need to adapt to drastic changes all the time was a bit exhausting and not mention that from time to time, you'll be required to complete trainings in order to work on categorizations that are meant for other teams.
