- Big company - Salary over the average for the country and the position/role - Great team - Okay training - The workload may be a problem for someone who hasn’t worked with several chats at the same time. I was okay with the volume of work.

Cons

- Recent layoffs - Publicly the CEO announced that 260 people will be laid off. In reality around 1200 employees were fired.

We left our stable jobs for this one as we were promised opportunities, growth and safety. We were kicked after 3-4-5 months because of a “business decision”. It is over 1500 that are left without jobs in Bulgaria, not sure how many are worldwide… It was promised that there will be only 260. The company is going down real fast.
