Working at Crypto.com was great at the beginning of 2021, until slowly but surely all the reasons and benefits we started working there for, were stripped back and taken away. - Removal of 12-hour shift 3 days per week - Scheduling 3 months ahead for days off - Too many pointless changes every day including pointless article and process revamps. - Not being able to use paid time off, due to lack of staff since 60-70% of the workforce were laid off. - Raising the expectations over time to unrealistic levels without raising the pay and not factoring in inflation. - Forcing staff to return to the office, knowing full well that at least 50% were not working from Sofia and were living in other cities, as a way to get people to quit on their own without having to pay them severance.
