Pros
Pay was decent. Can't think of much else.
Cons
Management does not know what they're doing. Lots of inexperienced people in higher positions, lacking realworld and industry knowledge but high on egos. Projects were regularly started with unreasonable expectations and then scrapped when expectations could not be met. Very secretive about all company info. Employees are nothing more than a number and layoffs were not handled well at all - very cold, compassionless and undignified with no human interaction. Company has no idea how to budget and chooses celebrity marketing over employee retention.
