Some talented project managers, strong products that are competitive in the market, and occasional opportunities to build relationships with premium clients.

Cons

Consistent problems with unpaid commissions and misapplied state tax withholdings. HR and payroll errors are left unresolved for months, creating unnecessary financial stress. Lead distribution is unfair and often favors certain reps, while others are given smaller or less profitable deals. Quotas are unrealistic and not aligned with market conditions. Lack of structured onboarding after management changes left many employees without proper support. Injuries at work were not handled with workers’ comp as required by law.
